Initially Jon let me just sit and talk, and blurt out all of my ideas at 100mph and let me keep going without stopping me or talking over me until I was done. He encouraged me when he could see I’d touched on something I was super passionate about, and reassured me when it came to areas that I know would need my focus in the coming months.
 

After lots and lots of me talking, he reflected back all that I had spoken to him about and was excited for me about the opportunity I had ahead with the awesome business I work for.
After some more chatting, he asked me to have a think about my priorities, where I could make the biggest difference first and how I want to tackle all I had just talked through.
 

What followed was a great session of unpicking and re-ordering my thoughts and ideas. Through his support I was able to pin point what was really important to me, my own development, the development of my business area and of my team.
 

It was like a chaotic fog had been lifted and a plan of action was laid out in front of me... literally a bazillion light bulb moments...!
 

Jon established early into our recent sessions that it is so incredibly important to me to make sure I feel like I am making a difference to the business I work for and the team around me. I really now feel like I have a newly created roadmap to help me work towards doing just that with all of my new ideas as I start my new role.
