Growth Strategies are more about supercharging your company to get to the next level and outpace the competition, again we check our foundations and costs first before getting a deeper understanding of the market and our customers. Once we have that clarity we go to the desired end state and then deconstruct it back to today’s state which literally gives us steps to get where we want to be.
Commercial Problem Solving is a pretty wide term, it can cover anything from product, client, competition, employee, quality, cost, offer or even career problems. I help you positively interrogate the situation using proven tools and techniques to find multiple solutions before we pick the right one for you to use to move forward.

With that in mind I booked some sessions with Jon to get his thoughts on my exciting new opportunity, and the time with him was absolutely invaluable as a result!
Initially Jon let me just sit and talk, and blurt out all of my ideas at 100mph and let me keep going without stopping me or talking over me until I was done. He encouraged me when he could see I’d touched on something I was super passionate about, and reassured me when it came to areas that I know would need my focus in the coming months.
After lots and lots of me talking, he reflected back all that I had spoken to him about and was excited for me about the opportunity I had ahead with the awesome business I work for.
